译词｜You lost me千万不要翻译成“你失去了我”…

但最让人心碎的或许是“我失恋了，我们失去了彼此”。

不过看到You lost me，可别以为是恋人们分手时的控诉呀。

 You lost me 是什么意思？

来看词典的解释：

You('ve) lost me means I don't understand or can't follow what you are saying, I am confused or bewildered.

我没明白你说的话，或者是你说的太快了我没跟上，我很疑惑。

例句：

I was with you for most of the story, but you lost me when you started talking about vampires. 

你讲的故事我大部分能跟上，但是你开始讲吸血鬼时我就已经听不懂了。

 “听不懂”还可以这么说

I don't get it. 

我不懂; 我不明白。

It's beyond me. 

我无法理解。

It confused me. 

我不明白；我感到困惑。

我跟不上你的思路；我不明白你在说什么。

I don't understand.

“再说一遍”

当你听不懂对方说什么，或对方说得太快、声音太小导致你没听清楚，你可以这样礼貌表达⬇️

如果你需要对方把刚才的话重复一遍，你可以这么说：

Sorry, what did you say?

不好意思，你说什么？

如果你没有听清对方的重点，你可以说：

Sorry, I missed that. Could you say it again？

不好意思，我错过你刚才说的了，能再说一遍吗？

如果对方说话声音太小，你完全没听清，可以说：

Sorry, I couldn't hear you. Could you say that one more time please？

不好意思，我没听到你说的话，能再说一下吗？

如果对方说得太快，你可以说：

Sorry, I didn't catch that. Could you speak slowly？

不好意思，我没听到，能慢点说吗？

如果你听不懂对方说话，你可以说：

Sorry, I don't get it.  Could you go over that again?

不好意思，我不懂，能再过一遍吗？

Sorry, I don't quite see what you mean. Could you explain what you mean.

不好意思，我不是很明白你说的，能再解释一下吗？

“听懂了吗”

当你在说事情，别人在听，想问对方是否听懂了、听清楚了，可不要只会一句Do you understand，你还可以这么问⬇️

Am I making sense?

我说的意思清楚吗？

Am I explaining this clearly? 

我解释清楚了吗？

Does that make sense? 

这件事讲清楚了吗？

Does that make sense to you? 

这样说你可以吗？

Did you get/ catch all that? 

你懂了吗？

Is that clear? 

清楚了吗？

You feel me? 

你能懂我吗？

You know what I'm saying? 

你知道我在说什么吧？

You know what I mean?
