中华图书特殊贡献奖颁布 15位外国专家获奖

9月14日，中共中央政治局委员、中宣部部长黄坤明在京出席第十五届中华图书特殊贡献奖颁奖仪式并颁奖。

　　中华图书特殊贡献奖是国家新闻出版署主办的纳入国家荣誉框架下的出版界最高涉外奖项，本届有15位外国专家获奖。2005年设立以来共表彰了58个国家的168位作家、翻译家、出版家。

　　获奖者有：厄瓜多尔著名儿童文学作家维罗妮卡·博尼利亚（Veronica Bonilla）、法国作家、记者、时政评论家马克西姆·维瓦斯（Maxime Vivas）、爱尔兰作家杰鲁莎·麦科马克（Jerusha Hull McCormack）、韩国作家李熙玉（Lee Hee Ok）、巴基斯坦作家赛义德·哈桑·贾维德（Syed Hasan Javed）、美国作家龙安志（Laurence Brahm）、德国翻译家、教授朗宓榭（Michael Lackner）、日本翻译家菱沼彬晁（Hishinuma Yoshiaki）、蒙古翻译家宝利德·巴特尔（Boldbaatar Dorjsuren）、北马其顿翻译家、汉学家冯海城（Igor Radev）、俄罗斯翻译家布罗夫（Burov Vladilen）、外文出版社英国籍资深翻译改稿专家大卫·弗格森（David Ferguson）、沙特阿拉伯出版家穆斯法尔·法拉赫·萨比阿（Mesfer Falah Alsubaiy）、新加坡出版家潘国驹（Phua Kok Khoo）、英国出版家特里·罗宾逊（Terry Robinson）。

　　维罗妮卡·博尼利亚Veronica Bonilla

　　维罗妮卡·博尼利亚（Veronica Bonilla），厄瓜多尔著名儿童文学作家。她使用西班牙文、英文和中文发表过83部儿童文学作品，在拉丁美洲儿童文学领域有较高影响力，其作品《普拉塔纳里奥的中国之旅》以中国元素为主题，在厄及拉美地区有效宣传中国文化，习近平主席给予高度肯定。其代表作有《神奇的亚苏尼》（西文）《基础教育实践大纲》等。 

　　Veronica Bonilla, celebrated Ecuadorian author of children’s literature. Having published 83 children’s books in Spanish, English, and Chinese, Bonilla has won acclaim in Latin America. Her Platanario en China (Platanario's Journey to China), themed on China and featuring Chinese elements, has effectively communicated Chinese culture in Ecuador and other Latin American countries, attracting the attention and appreciation of President Xi Jinping. Her other representative works include? The Magical Yasuni (Spanish) and Guide for the Good Practice of the Teacher of Basic General Education.

　　马克西姆·维瓦斯Maxime Vivas  

　　马克西姆·维瓦斯（Maxime Vivas），法国作家、记者、时政评论家。马克西姆作为一名法国共产党员，对中国有着十分特殊的感情，长年致力于通过作品向海外客观展示真实、立体、全面的中国。他热爱中国，对我友好，二次入疆，历时4年，克服困难出版《维吾尔族假新闻的终结》，以大量的事实有力回击西方社会在新疆方面对我歪曲污蔑。代表作：《达赖并非如此“禅”》等。

　　Maxime Vivas, French writer, journalist, and political commentator. As a member of the French Communist Party, Maxime Vivas holds a special bond with China and is dedicated to presenting through his works a real, vivid, and comprehensive image of China to the world. With a passionate and friendly attitude toward China, Vivas paid two visits to Xinjiang and stayed there for four years. After overcoming great difficulties, he has published Ou?ghours, pour en finir avec les fake news (Uygurs, to Put an End to the Fake News). By providing rich, fact-based information about Xinjiang, the book powerfully refutes some Western media’s distorted and smearing coverage of the region. Another representative work of Vivas is Dala?-Lama: pas si zen (Behind the Smile: The Hidden Side of the Dalai Lama).

　　Hull McCormack

　　杰鲁莎·麦科马克（Jerusha Hull McCormack），爱尔兰作家，都柏林大学高级讲师,北京外国语大学、复旦大学教授。麦科马克教授是爱尔兰知名中国问题专家，曾在北京外国语大学任教十余年并推动该校成立爱尔兰研究中心，在中西文化比较等领域造诣深厚。她编写出版了多部中西文化比较、中爱文学研究等领域著作，积极宣传中国文化，帮助爱尔兰民众特别是青年群体读懂中国。主要著作有《爱尔兰人与中国》《思考中国》《西中文明比照》等。

　　Jerusha Hull McCormack, Irish writer, has taught as a senior lecturer at University College Dublin, and then as a professor at Beijing Foreign Studies University and Fudan University. A well-known expert on China issues, McCormack taught at Beijing Foreign Studies University for more than 10 years and helped establish the Center for Ireland Studies during her stay. Her profound attainment in comparative studies of Chinese and Western cultures and literature is evidenced by her numerous publications. Her active promotion of Chinese culture has encouraged the general public in Ireland, young people in particular, to read and understand China. Her major works include China and the Irish, Thinking through China, and Comparing Civilizations: China and the West.

　　Lee Hee Ok 

　　李熙玉（Lee Hee Ok），韩国作家，成均馆大学政治外交系教授、成均中国研究所所长、韩中公共外交研究中心主任。他长期从事中国研究，通过专著、合著、编著、译著等多种方式出版了大量介绍中国的图书，受到韩国读者广泛好评。《中国手册》等工具书被韩国多个知名院校用作中国地域研究课程的教科书，代表作有《中国国家大战略研究》《中国对新社会主义的探索》等。

　　Lee Hee Ok, South Korean writer, professor of the Department of Political Science and Diplomacy at Sungkyunkwan University, director of Sungkyun Institute of China Studies, and Director of the (South) Korea-China Research Center for Public Diplomacy. Committed to China studies for many years, Lee has published a great number of books on China, including monographs, co-authored works, compilations, and translations, all well received by readers in South Korea. Lee’s China Handbook and other reference books have been adopted by prestigious universities in his country as textbooks for regional studies on China. His representative works include Study on China's Grand Strategy and China’s Exploration of New Socialism.

　　Hasan Javed

　　赛义德·哈桑·贾维德（Syed Hasan Javed），巴基斯坦作家，巴基斯坦国立科技大学中国研究中心主任。他的创作内容涉及汉语教育、中国软实力建设、社会发展经验等众多方面，并经常在巴主流媒体、重要会议等平台发声，为推动中巴人文交流、民心相通做出了重要贡献。主要著作有《汉言易语》《中国人软实力代码》《巴拉蒙汉英乌尔都语词典》《中国的崛起和亚洲世纪》等。

　　Syed Hasan Javed, Pakistani writer, Director of the China Studies Center at the National University of Science and Technology of Pakistan. Javed’s writings relate to Chinese language teaching, building of China’s soft power, experience in social progress, and some other fields. He also expresses opinions on such platforms as mainstream media in Pakistan and high-level conferences to promote China-Pakistan people-to-people exchanges and friendship. His major works include Chinese Made Easy, Chinese Soft Power Code, Paramount Chinese-English-Urdu Dictionary, and Rise of China and the Asian Century.

　　龙安志（Laurence Brahm），美国作家。龙安志在华生活工作40年，创作出版《大开放：美国人亲历中国改革开放40年》《中国的世纪》等30多部作品，他用中西文化比较的视角，阐释中国改革开放的重大变革，描述中国社会发生的翻天覆地的变化，为世界各国思考、探索和平衡未来全球治理新模式提供了宝贵范例。

　　Laurence Brahm, American writer. Brahm has lived and worked in China for 40 years, and published more than 30 books on the country, such as An Incredible Journey: Reflections on Forty Years of Reform and Opening in China and China’s Century. Through the perspective of Chinese-Western, cultural comparison, he has explained China’s significant reform and opening up, and presented the ensuing transformation and progress in Chinese society, offering valuable examples for the international community to think over and explore a balanced model for future global governance.

　　Michael Lackner

　　朗宓榭（Michael Lackner），德国翻译家、教授。朗宓榭攻读汉学、哲学、政治学和民俗学，通晓多国文字，学术成就高。其著作《朗宓榭汉学文集》以浓缩的方式，把一个当代著名汉学家在汉学各个领域的研究成果呈现给中文读者，对推动和加强海内外汉学研究的合作交流起到了积极的作用。

　　Michael Lackner, German translator and professor. Proficient in multiple languages, Lackner is an accomplished expert in sinology, philosophy, political science, and folklore study. Selected Essays of Sinology by Lackner presents to Chinese-language readers the author’s research findings in various branches of sinology. The book has played a positive role in boosting cooperation and exchanges on sinology between China and the rest of the world.

　　Hishinuma Yoshiaki

　　菱沼彬晁（Hishinuma Yoshiaki），日本翻译家，日中演剧交流话剧人社事务局长。他热爱中国文学，长期致力于翻译中国现代小说、话剧以及中国古典文学作品。翻译了近百部中国戏剧文学作品以及中国多位知名作家作品，为在日本推介中国图书、传播中国文化做出了重要贡献。代表译作有《牛 筑路》《装台》《中国现代戏曲集：孟冰作品集》等。

　　Hishinuma Yoshiaki, Japanese translator and Executive Director of the Japanese-Chinese Drama Performance Exchange Association. With keen love for Chinese literature, Yoshiaki has long been dedicating to translating modern Chinese novels and dramas, and classical works. His translations, including nearly 100 dramas and the works by well-known Chinese writers, have greatly helped promote Chinese books and Chinese culture in Japan. Representative translations by Yoshiaki include The Calf, the Roadworks, The Stage Shifters, and A Collection of Chinese Modern Plays: Selected Works of Meng Bing.

　　Boldbaatar Dorjsuren

　　宝利德·巴特尔（Boldbaatar Dorjsuren），蒙古翻译家，光明外语学院教师。他翻译的中国文学作品销量在蒙古遥遥领先，翻译出版中国四大名著，其翻译的《狼图腾》蒙古文版至今已发行6万多册。他编纂的《蒙汉词典》、《新华字典》等工具书是蒙古学生人手一册的必备工具书。

　　Boldbaatar Dorjsuren, Mongolian translator and lecturer at Gegee Primary School. His translations of Chinese literary works, including the four best-known classics, hold a long lead in sales in Mongolia. Circulation of his Mongolian edition of The Wolf Totem has surpassed 60,000 copies. Dorjsuren has also compiled reference books, such as Mongolian- Chinese Dictionary and Xinhua Dictionary, which are in the hands of almost every Mongolian student.

　　Igor Radev 

　　冯海城（Igor Radev），北马其顿翻译家、汉学家。他精通汉语，热爱中国文化，持续从事汉学研究及中国文化推广工作，为促进北马民众了解中国发挥了突出作用。他首次将《诗经》全集翻译为塞尔维亚语，推介给塞尔维亚语读者。译作有《老子道德经》(获马其顿文学翻译最佳奖)《孔子：论语 大学 中庸》《尚书》《孟子》等。

　　Igor Radev, translator and sinologist in North Macedonia. Fluent in Chinese and passionate for Chinese culture, and engaged in sinology studies and the promotion of Chinese culture for many years, Radev has been playing an outstanding role in helping the public in North Macedonia understand China. He was the first to translate the complete Book of Songs into the Serbian language. His translations of other Chinese classics include Dao De Jing of Lao Zi (winning the Award of Best Literary Translation in Macedonia), The Analects of Confucius, The Great Learning, The Doctrine of the Mean, The Book of History and Mencius.

　　Burov Vladilen

　　布罗夫（Burov Vladilen），俄罗斯翻译家，俄罗斯科学院哲学研究所首席研究员、教授、哲学博士、国际孔子学会顾问、东方易学研究院顾问、中国社会科学院《世界社会主义研究》杂志编委。他一直致力于研究中国哲学，承担中国社会科学重要著作的翻译工作，并将中国哲学通过自己的力量传播到俄罗斯，为推动中国哲学走向世界作出了重要贡献。译著有《中国古代哲学》《中俄新词词典》《中国的价值观》等。

　　Burov Vladilen, Russian translator, professor, doctor of philosophy, head research fellow at the Institute of Philosophy of Russian Academy of Sciences, Consultant of the International Confucian Association, Consultant of Oriental Academy of Yi-ology Studies, and member of the editorial board of the journal World Socialism Studies published by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Committed to the study of Chinese philosophy, Vladilen has contributed to introducing Chinese philosophy to Russia and the world by translating important Chinese works on social sciences. His published translations include Anthology of Ancient Chinese Philosophy, Chinese-Russian Dictionary of New Words and Expressions, and Contemporary Value Systems in China.

　　David Ferguson

　　大卫·弗格森（David Ferguson），外文出版社英国籍资深翻译改稿专家。他具有高超的语言驾驭能力和精湛娴熟的翻译润色能力，从事中国图书改稿润色、撰写工作已有十多年，在跨文化交流和译介中国内容方面具备丰富的实践经验。《习近平谈治国理政》英文版第一、二、三卷由他润色，为国际社会更好了解习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想、客观认识中国共产党做出了不可或缺的贡献。

　　David Ferguson, from the UK, is a senior expert of translation revision at Foreign Languages Press. Highly proficient in translation and revision, Furguson has accumulated extensive practical experience in cross-cultural communication and the translation of China content through revising, polishing, and writing of China-themed books for more than ten years. He polished the first, second, and third volumes of the English edition of Xi Jinping: The Governance of China, an indispensable contribution to a better understanding of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and an objective image of the Communist Party of China in the international community.

　　穆斯法尔·法拉赫·萨比阿（Mesfer Falah Alsubaiy），沙特阿拉伯出版家，沙特阿拉伯萨比阿集团董事长、沙特出版商协会副会长。他热爱中国文化，热衷于将汉语教学推广到沙特阿拉伯。他在与中国人民的交往中建立了深厚的情谊，特别是在疫情期间，自发通过各种媒体宣传中国的抗疫成就，让世界了解真实的中国。出版作品有《新冠肺炎防护知识挂图》《最好的礼物是你》等。

　　Mesfer Falah Alsubaiy, Saudi Arabian publisher, Chairman of the Board of Alsubaiy Group in Saudi Arabia, and Vice-president of Saudi Publishers’ Association. With keen love for Chinese culture, Alsubaiy actively promotes the teaching of Chinese in Saudi Arabia. He has become a close friend of the Chinese people through extensive exchanges. During the Covid-19 pandemic, for example, Alsubaiy, as a true friend, has spontaneously publicized through various media channels China’s achievements in combating the virus, bringing to the world the real image of China. Publications by Alsubaiy include Epidemic Prevention Map and The Best Gift Is You.

　　Phua Kok Khoo

　　潘国驹（Phua Kok Khoo），新加坡出版家，新加坡世界科技出版集团主席兼总编缉。潘国驹自创立世界科技出版集团中国分公司以来，长期与中国各大学术出版社、众多学者名家紧密合作，致力于将中国学者的重要学术成就推广到全世界。他策划并主编全球第一本有关“一带一路”倡议的英文专著、英文期刊，在欧美和世界各大图书馆都有收藏。代表作品有《宁拙毋巧——杨振宁访谈录》《新加坡华社五十年》等。

　　Phua Kok Khoo, Singaporean publisher and Chairman & Editor-in-Chief of World Scientific Publishing Group in Singapore. Since the establishment of the China branch of World Scientific Publishing Group, Phua has been engaged in close cooperation with publishing houses of multiple Chinese universities and with celebrated Chinese scholars, to introduce academic achievements of Chinese scholars to the world. Phua planned and edited the world’s first English monograph and journal on the Belt and Road Initiative, which are collected and subscribed to by libraries in Europe, the US, and some other countries. His representative works include Selected Interviews and Essays - CN Yang and 50 Years of the Chinese Community in Singapore.

　　Terry Robinson, British publisher, Senior Vice-president of Cengage Learning UK and Managing Director of Gale International. Out of strong love for China, Robinson works closely with Chinese publishing houses and actively drives Cengage Learning Group to co-publish China-themed books, thereby objectively presenting the country’s achievements along its development journey through the medium of books.
