据塔斯社报道，在麦当劳退出俄罗斯市场后，接管其在俄业务的俄企于当地时间12日正式宣布，将餐厅更名为“就是这么好吃”，首批15家分店重新开业。

McDonald's in Russia has a new name - Vkusno & tochka, which translates to "Tasty and that's it". On June 12, the updated fast food chain opens 15 venues in Moscow and the region, including the flagship venue on Pushkinskaya Square.

此外，据路透社12日报道，“就是这么好吃”也更换了此前的品牌标识，新版标识为绿色背景，有一个红色圆圈和两根橙色线条，代表一个汉堡和两根炸薯条，并配上新的宣传语：“名虽改，爱犹在”。

The outlet sported a new logo - a stylised burger with two fries - plus a slogan: "The name changes, love stays".

据此前报道，麦当劳于今年5月中旬发布声明称，在俄罗斯经营三十多年后，公司宣布将退出该市场，并已启动出售其俄罗斯业务的程序，寻求将在俄业务打包出售给当地买家。

在退出俄罗斯市场后，麦当劳将这些餐厅出售给了当地特许经营人亚历山大·戈沃尔。据悉，麦当劳在当地有约850家餐厅，其中大部分为直营店。

McDonald's suspended all 850 of its restaurants in Russia on March 14. On May 16, the company, whose share in the catering market reached 7%, announced its withdrawal from Russia and, through the mediation of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, sold the business to a Russian owner, businessman Alexander Govor.

据法新社报道，戈沃尔于当日称，“我有宏伟的计划，不仅要经营现有的850家门店，还要开拓新门店。”这家新连锁快餐店的首席执行官帕罗耶夫（Oleg Paroyev）还表示，除首批15家分店之外，将有50家分店预计于当地时间13日重新开业。

报道称，麦当劳公司表示，戈沃尔同意继续雇佣现有员工至少两年，并偿还对供应商、房东及公用事业公司的欠款。

Under the sale conditions, Govor agreed to retain employees for at least two years and fund liabilities to suppliers, landlords and utilities, McDonald's said.

On Monday, another 50 restaurants are set to open, according to Oleg Paroyev, general manager of the new group.

据路透社，帕罗耶夫称该公司计划在6月底前在俄罗斯重开200家，并在夏季结束前重开全部850家。
