近日，歌手泰勒·斯威夫特（Taylor Swift）晒出与过往六张专辑的合照，宣布拿回所有专辑版权。
Taylor Swift shared a photo with her six past albums and announced that she had regained full ownership of her master recordings on Thursday, sparking celebration among fans.

据悉，这六张专辑的录音版权原本由泰勒的前公司Big Machine唱片公司持有，2019年，公司被经纪人斯科特·布劳恩（Scooter Braun）以3亿美元收购，其母带版权随之被掌握。
经纪人斯科特·布劳恩曾参与对泰勒的舆论攻击，并拒绝泰勒回购版权的请求，双方分道扬镳。
作为回应，泰勒发起“Taylor’s Version”计划，对早期专辑进行重新制作，以此夺回控制权。
Music executive Scooter Braun was involved in public attacks against Swift and denied her the chance to repurchase her masters. In response, she launched the “Taylor’s Version” project, re-recording her early albums to reclaim ownership and control of her work.
2020年，三叶草控股（Shamrock Capital）从斯科特·布劳恩手中接手相关版权。
2025年，泰勒以3.6亿美元的价格从Shamrock Capital买断全部母带使用权，范围包括MV、现场视频、未公开素材等，标志着她彻底收回音乐主权。
In 2025, Swift bought back the full rights to her master recordings from Shamrock Capital for $360 million. The deal covered music videos, concert films, unreleased songs, and more — marking the complete restoration of her musical ownership.
“我只是觉得艺术家应该拥有自己的作品”，泰勒曾于2019年说这样说。
